Body composition analyzer is a fast, safe, and convenient device for measuring body composition, which requires a large amount of clinical data collection and calibration. In order to expand its applicability, StarBIA not only collects data from subjects of all ages, but also conducts in-depth studies on different groups, such as athletes, middle-aged and elderly, children, and sarcopenia populations. According to the result of research, different race and sport habit will influence the measuring result when estimate body composition. In order to improve the reference data of body composition analyzer, STARBIA is keeping conducting measurement and validation of various race.
This collaboration between STARBIA and NCHU Football Team is aimed at studying the body composition of young football players. The players of football team comes from other countries, and it can verify the accuracy of the StarBIA-701 in measuring the body composition of different races and athletes. Athletes also can refer the body composition data to plan their training and diet.
The measuring data will be uploaded to cloud server, and users can read the measuring results through mobile APP. The mesauring data also can be print out. In the picture, the football players were discussing the difference of their measurement results with their teammates after finishing measurment.
