創新突破:BIA骨密度檢測技術
在骨密度檢測領域,科學家們長期尋找著更便利、安全的檢測方式。生物電阻抗分析(BIA)原本用於測量身體組成,研究過程中,科學家發現了一個重要線索:生物電阻抗向量分析(BIVA)及其相位角與骨密度之間存在顯著相關性。
這個發現並非偶然。當電流通過人體,不同組織展現出不同的電阻特性,而骨組織密度的變化也會在電阻抗參數中留下獨特的印記。多項研究逐步證實,BIA相位角是骨質疏鬆的獨立預測因子,且不受年齡或性別影響[9,10]。
基於這些發現,興友團隊投入多年心血,將理論轉化為實用技術。經過反覆驗證與改良,成功開發出全球首項基於BIA的骨密度評估技術,並獲得專利保護。
為了驗證技術的可靠性,我們進行了嚴謹的臨床研究。在74名停經後女性的初步研究中,我們的BIA骨密度檢測與DXA黃金標準達到0.609的相關係數(p < 0.001)[11]。更大規模的318名成人驗證研究顯示,相關係數提升至0.737(p < 0.001),顯示出良好的一致性[12]。
這些數據確認了技術的可行性。研究成果已發表於《International Journal of Gerontology》和《Scientific Reports》等國際期刊。相關研究證實,我們的BIA骨密度檢測準確度顯著優於超音波檢測,為臨床應用和大規模篩檢提供了革命性的解決方案。
